I was brought in to assist with the rolling redevelopment and rescue of an existing but flawed site. My work began with tackling some of the more obvious UX problems, before progressing on to the more complex and involved issues.

The visuals use a mix of German and English, this helps when working out content types with a multi language team.

My ongoing involvement includes UX, UI design and the creation of comprehensive style guide.

I have also been called on to work on a bunch of additional sites and marketing material. Including creating a cached, tablet and mobile focused brochure version. Designed specifically for an airlines offline in-flight browsing network.
